1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to every product and service operated by Stackryze, including free and paid tiers. By using any Stackryze service, you agree to comply with this policy in full. This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Stackryze enforces a strict policy against misuse. Any violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account and resources, without prior notice or opportunity to cure, at our sole discretion.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use any Stackryze service to host, redirect, link to, or otherwise facilitate content that: distributes or links to malware, viruses, ransomware, trojans, or spyware; hosts phishing pages, credential harvesting, or deceptive login portals; facilitates command-and-control (C2) servers or botnet infrastructure; engages in scams, fraud, impersonation, or social engineering; hosts fraudulent, misleading, or manipulative websites; mimics legitimate services or brands to deceive users; contains or promotes pornography, sexually explicit content, or adult material; hosts escort services or adult dating; promotes, depicts, or enables activities violating Indian law or international regulations; infringes intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, patents); facilitates illegal gambling, drug sales, or weapon trafficking; hosts pirated content, software cracks, or license key generators; encourages or glorifies violence, terrorism, or self-harm; promotes hatred or discrimination based on race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, or protected status; or hosts extremist or terrorist propaganda.
3. Prohibited Actions
You may not use any Stackryze service to: send or facilitate unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or abusive emails; host spam-related landing pages, affiliate scams, or referral schemes; operate botnets, DDoS infrastructure, or exploit frameworks; perform or facilitate network attacks, port scanning, or unauthorised penetration testing; interfere with Stackryze systems, infrastructure, or other users' services; generate excessive or abusive traffic that degrades platform performance; host cryptocurrency mining, proxy tunneling, or bandwidth-abuse operations; or operate file-sharing networks or torrent trackers.
4. Monitoring and Detection
Stackryze reserves the right to monitor accounts and traffic for abuse, malicious activity, or policy violations; use automated systems and security tools to detect misuse; review content in response to abuse reports or security alerts; and collaborate with security researchers and threat intelligence networks.
5. Enforcement
Upon detection or report of a violation, Stackryze may: immediately suspend or terminate the affected account without notice; permanently revoke access and prevent future registrations; report to law enforcement when illegal activity is detected; share data with abuse prevention networks, security organisations, or authorities; and publicly disclose abuse patterns or threats when necessary for community safety. No refunds, compensation, or data recovery will be provided. Deleted accounts and resources cannot be restored.
6. User Liability
You are solely responsible for all content, links, and activity associated with your account; any legal claims, damages, or enforcement actions arising from your use; and ensuring compliance with this AUP and all applicable laws. Stackryze is not liable for user content, actions, or any damages resulting from use of the services.
7. Law Enforcement Cooperation
Stackryze actively cooperates with law enforcement agencies, CERT-In, and international cybersecurity authorities. We will provide user data and evidence when legally required or when serious criminal activity is suspected.
8. Reporting Abuse
To report abuse or violations, email reportabuse@stackryze.com. Include the full URL or account identifier and a description of the violation. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Serious threats are escalated immediately.
9. Policy Updates
This Acceptable Use Policy may be revised periodically to address evolving security threats and community standards. Continued use of any Stackryze service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Stackryze is not responsible for monitoring all user content, is not liable for user violations or illegal activities, and provides the services "AS IS" without guarantees of abuse-free operation. By using any Stackryze service, you agree to abide by this Acceptable Use Policy and accept that violations will result in immediate termination without recourse.
